A Few Words From Alex:-
"During the COVID lockdowns I've missed seeing my wee grandson, and that longing to see those close to me reminded me of the times I spent with my Dad when I was a lad.
We had no concept of 'Quality Time' back then, but we felt it in our bones!
These memories are still as strong today - trailing along after Dad when he went fishing - with his old fishing rod and his wicker basket.
Whether it was the sound of the river, the need to be quiet so as not to scare the fish, or just the fact that we were away from the hurly-burly of our busy household - I loved these peaceful interludes when I could chat quietly with my dad all day and watch and learn how to fish."
