From Scott's 'Legends' Collection which features six legends of the 20^th century; Monroe, Hepburn, Lennon, Bowie, Winehouse and Hendrix.

Instantly recognisable and effortlessly cool, Hendrix by Scott Tetlow is a striking portrait of legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix, captured in Scott’s distinctive, free-flowing style.

Fine, energetic lines build the portrait with an almost spontaneous quality, perfectly suiting the creativity and individuality of one of music’s most iconic performers. Against the predominantly monochrome drawing, flashes of purple through Hendrix’s famously wild hair and vivid yellow at his neck add a contemporary pop of colour and give the piece real presence.

There’s a rawness and freedom to Scott’s technique that feels particularly appropriate for Hendrix — an artist remembered not only for his extraordinary guitar playing, but for pushing boundaries and doing things entirely his own way.

Stylish, understated and packed with character, Hendrix is a fabulous piece for music lovers, Hendrix fans and anyone looking for contemporary artwork with a little rock ’n’ roll attitude.
