“Because I Knew you, I have been changed for good.”
Two very different friends, brought beautifully together in Kerry Darlington’s enchanting interpretation of Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked.
Elphie leans close to Glinda as though sharing a secret, capturing the unlikely friendship at the heart of their story. Glinda’s tumbling golden curls, sparkling crown and vibrant pink dress contrast wonderfully with Elphie’s emerald-green complexion, dark flowing hair and star-speckled witch’s hat.
Look closer and the exquisite details really begin to emerge. Delicate flowers, butterflies, leaves and tiny skull motifs weave their way through the girls’ clothing, adding layers of storytelling and Kerry’s characteristic touch of magic.
Each edition comes embellished with silver leaf bringing an additional shimmer and luminosity to the artwork.
Colourful, whimsical and full of personality, Elphie and Glinda celebrates an extraordinary friendship between two characters who could hardly be more different — and yet somehow belong together.
