Bench Warmers by Danny Abrahams

A beautifully peaceful scene from Danny Abrahams, Bench Warmer captures one of those wonderfully simple moments when there’s nowhere else you need to be.

Sitting side by side on a bench overlooking the still water, Danny’s familiar couple take in the view together, framed by towering trees and the sweeping hills beyond. Soft light spreads across the lake and catches the landscape in gentle shades of gold, blue and russet, creating a wonderful sense of warmth and tranquillity.

There’s a lovely feeling of companionship at the heart of this piece — two people sharing the view, the silence and the moment. It’s a scene that feels instantly familiar and wonderfully nostalgic, celebrating the pleasure of simply spending time with someone you love.
