Artist: Shaun Tymon - Original Paintings and Limited Edition Prints:-

Shaun Tymon is a self taught artist from Hull. Shaun has always drawn from a very young age and is always being told by his dad that he is talented but Shaun has always brushed it off. 

With his dad being ill Shaun has decided to see if he can make it as an artist and we are very pleased to be showcasing his work here in The Acorn Gallery. 

Shaun loves experimenting with different mediums but his first love is carbon pencil  'I've drawn ever since I was a kid, I guess all I had back then was a pencil so I suppose that's why I'm most comfortable using pencils to produce my artwork today. I use a combination of charcoal and carbon pencils along with pan pastel powder to create my art'

Shaun has now branched out and is now doing sculpture and working in oils and acrylics.
