Tony Gittins Original Paintings:-
Born in Wolverhampton, Tony left school with 'A' levels in Art and Design and at 17 decided to join his fathers company so as to enable him to fund his passion for painting. Having found his way into surveying until the age of 26, whilst spending all of his spare time at the easel, Tony decided to give further time to his art work and push to become a full time artist.
Over the next few years and having the opportunity of freelance work, his painting took priority until he had his first publishing deal a few years later. From then until now his passion for fine art has burnt ever stronger and he now considers him self blessed to be able to create original works every day. Having experimented with different styles mediums and subjects, Tony now finds that his paintings are best suited to oils on both wood panels and canvas.
