‘Puddle Town ’ is the latest in the ever growing collection of Paul’s popular mallard drake. A rather wet looking Charlie, dripping after the recent rainfall, stood amidst some interesting reflections in the puddle that captures the graffiti strewn wall, on a canal-side towpath.
