Geoff Beckett

About Geoff Beckett:-

A self-taught artist with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics, Geoff is known for his vibrant acrylic landscapes. With the exception of his local scenes and landmarks, Geoff's ideas and inspiration come straight from his imagination - each with a vision to telling its own story.  

He typically paints on canvas with acrylics, with several layers of paint building up vibrant colours. He also works in mixed media on thick paper - mostly with watercolour, but also with ink, pencil, charcoal, and gouache thrown in. He has also experimented with resin to great effect.

Within a few months of turning full-time, his artwork was soon picked up by Creative Fine Art and is distributed into numerous galleries. Geoff is a welsh artist working out of a studio on the Cheshire border.
